Cancellation Policy & Model Withdrawal Form

Consumers have the following right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this notice, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Note on Return Address

Returns must generally be sent back to Morocco. In exceptional cases and by prior arrangement, a return address in Germany may be provided. Please contact us at info@touda.de before any return so that we can provide you with the correct return address and instructions for marking the parcel as “return goods” (to avoid customs charges).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to the return address confirmed by us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. In cases of incorrect delivery or goods already damaged upon receipt, we will cover the return shipping costs; please contact us in advance.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion / Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:

• that are not pre-fabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or

• that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (custom-made products).

General Notes

• Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods and, if possible, return them in their original packaging with all accessories.

• If necessary, use a protective outer packaging.

• Please do not send parcels freight collect (unpaid).

These notes are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
